How do message credits work?
One response with the default model GPT-3.5-turbo costs 1 credit, with GPT-4o costs 20 credits, Claude 3 Opus cost 20 credits, Claude 3 Sonnet cost 10 credits, and Claude 3 Haiku cost 1 credit. You can change the AI model in chatbot settings as needed.
Is the message credit limit per chatbot or per account?
The message limit is per account, not per chatbot. This means that the total number of messages sent across all chatbots in your account cannot exceed the limit set by your pricing plan.
What happens if I exceed the message limit in my plan?
If you exceed the message limit in your plan, the chatbot will stop accepting new questions. To continue using the chatbot, you can upgrade to a higher plan with a higher message limit. If you don't upgrade, the chatbot will resume accepting new questions at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
How can I determine the number of characters of my data?
